The following types of sites are not allowed to be submitted in the
freebiespace.com directory.:
Sites relating
to illegal activity.
Racist sites.
Adult and pornography sites.
Any other sites that we feel are not appropriate arenas for our
service.
Such sites are subject to denial of acceptance without prior warning.
No Obscene,
Indecent, Objectionable or Pornographic Listings.
Freebiespace.com will not tolerate obscene, indecent, objectionable
or pornographic information being listed on any of its sites or
on sites listed on your site through a link or via other manners.
You agree not to place any obscene, indecent, objectionable or pornographic
information on your site or have a link to such type of information
on another site. If obscene, indecent, objectionable or pornographic
information is listed on your site or on a link on your site to
any site having any obscene, indecent, objectionable or pornographic
on it, Freebiespace.com will at its sole discretion terminate your
listings on their site. Obscene, indecent, objectionable or pornographic
listings information on your site or a link to said information
will be a material breach of this agreement.
To have your
site or offer included in the freebiespace.com directory you must
fill out the necessary application at the add-a-freebie
page. You must first before inclusion have a link to freebiespace.com
through a text link or banner link or you may list the appropriate
location where we can sign up for an affiliate program of revenue
sharing agreement.
You agree not
to change, modify, reproduce or copy in of freebiespace.com's logos,
software code or information pertaining to this website. We reserve
the right to monitor all websites using our service.
You agree to
follow our guidelines listed on all pages.
You agree to
use our service under your own risks. The service is provided "as
is". You agree not to hold us responsible for any loss of data
or interruption of services while using this service. We are not
responsible for any damages direct, or consequential, resulting
from our service.

retains ownership of all logos, software code, and reports. You
agree to not hold us responsible and indemnify us on any and all
claims, losses, liability costs and expenses including court and
attorney fees arising from your violation to this agreement.
Visitors agree
to settle any/all dispute(s) under this agreement via binding arbitration
in Overland Park, Kansas.
